Mentoring Children

Mentorship for Children in the Greater Detroit Metro Area and Across United States

Parental incarceration can harm a child’s health and well-being. Causing severe stress, anxiety and antisocial behavior. That's where our nationwide mentoring program comes in. At Now What Edwards Family Foundation we believe that child deserves the added benefit of our mentoring services. They are designed to provide guidance, support, and encouragement to counteract any damage or impact having an incarcerated loved one causes. If you are ready to make a positive change in their lives please reach out to us today at (313) 468-3367, and let us help you rebuild well-being and mental stability.

A Mentor Who Knows What You’ve Been Through

Led by our founder, who spent a decade in federal prison, our team is uniquely equipped to offer support and guidance to those who have been through similar experiences. We understand the trauma, mental health challenges, and social stigmas that children face. Our program is designed to provide a safe space for mentees to share their experiences and receive the help they need to move forward.

How Our Mentoring Program Helps Children Succeed

We provide a safe and supportive space for mentees to share their experiences and receive guidance on how to navigate the challenges of life.

Each child gets customized goals and plans to work towards, and our mentors provide tailored guidance and support.

We provide resources and referrals for mental health support, substance abuse treatment, and other services as needed.

Our program emphasizes the importance of accountability and responsibility, helping mentees to take ownership of their actions and make positive changes.

We’d love to hear from you! Call our friendly team at (313) 468-3367 today to learn more!
